oracle - how to use dbms_scheduler to run the job every 30 minutes -

i using oracle db , monitoring performance of oracle db connected java application , rite have monitor count of active connections in db @ regular intervals lets after every 30 minutes below query return me count of active users along there name , count

select osuser, count(osuser) active_conn_count v$session group osuser order active_conn_count desc

now please advise how can make schedule job in scheduler in oracle db triggered @ every 30 minutes .

there pretty examples dbms_scheduler. it's easy submit recurring job. not need that! oracle stores tons of data database performance, easier , more accurate use these statistics. take @ active_session_history on here.

hope looking for.
