i want use file watcher scss actions. phpstorm giving me error. c:\ruby22\bin\ruby.exe: invalid option --no-cache (-h show valid options) (runtimeerror)

path added while installing ruby. checked path , same destination of ruby. i'm not find real solution issue. can me ?
