html - Link not working Inside Div -


i beginner , have stupid question ask. created these 2 divs , have linked 2 pages them. problem is, 2nd link (sign in) works first 1 won't.

here's html:

and here's relevant css:

you forget close div or maybe don't check correct name singup.html
